Shihan Luke & Dai Sempai Sam would like to invite all members, family & friends to attend the grading attempt by Georgia Irvine to Senior Shodan on Wednesday 13th June at 8.00pm at Knox Gardens Dojo.

A Dedicated Sparring class held on Monday with Shihan Luke and Dai Sempai Sam. The sparring class will not include a warm up so it is up to the participant to stretch and prepare before class. Compulsory mitts, pads, mouth guard a must to train! Lots of specialised sparring approaches to be applied.
